2017 Local Boxes now available for order!

Hello Good Food Supporters!

I am pleased to announce the official launch of our 2017 LOCALLY GROWN GOOD FOOD BOXES, our annual fundraiser in support of the Thunder Bay Good Food Box!!! Locally Grown Boxes are packed with a sampling of locally grown and produced goods from a number of area food growers and producers (poster attached). We never know in advance exactly what each box will contain, as much depends on availability & the growing season, but we can promise that each box will be filled with a fresh and colourful variety of locally grown and produced goods from a number of local growers and producers. Last year we  spent $27,656.54 on locally grown and produced goods and raised $8530.00 through the sale of local boxes for the Thunder Bay GFB Program. By purchasing a Locally Grown Good Food Box you are strengthening the capacity of our local food system as well as supporting the Thunder Bay Good Food Box Program!!! If you would like to know more about the Thunder Bay Good Food Box program, I’d be happy to send you some info
